NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
The 42st Annual Meeting of the members of Qualicum Beach Memorial Golf club will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. outside Thalassa Restaurant at the Qualicum Beach Memorial Golf Club, 469 Memorial Avenue, Qualicum Beach, B C for the following purposes:
- Receiving the financial statements of the Club and the Auditor’s Report thereon for the year ended February 28, 2023
- Electing a President, Vice President and six directors
- Considering such other business as may properly come before the meeting
Nominations for the positions of President, Vice President and Directors must be submitted to the Board of Directors not less than (7) days prior to date of the Annual Meeting. Nomination forms are available in the Clubhouse. We request you bring a chair.
Members wishing to have items included on the agenda for the meeting must notify the Secretary of the Club in writing (c/o qbgolfboard@gmail.com) not less than seven (7) days prior to the date of the meeting.
The meeting will be held outdoors on grass – weather permitting. Please bring a chair or blanket to sit on.
